Rita Eva Cresci, lawyer at the Court of Milan since 1995, has worked for about 18 years in the sectors of non-performing loans and insurance, as Founder and Managing Partner of Studio Legale Cresci & Associati.
With the advent of digital transformation, thanks to both formal training (Master of II Level at the University of Pisa, Internet Ecosystem: governance and rights) and continuous update, she started focusing on emerging markets related to innovation and technological development (Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, etc.), with a particular attention on legal issues related to Cloud Computing Contracts.
She is co-founder of Iusintech, a professional network that represents a new generation of law firms, multidisciplinary and multifunctional, providing legal safeguard to corporations that are exploring new business models in the digital environment.
In addition, she teaches and speaks on innovation issue, designing and organizing webinars (e.g. Predictive Justice), seminars (e.g. Intelligent Machines), conferences (e.g. ART2020), and participating in institutional and industry events (Universities and Professional Associations).
Member of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence of the Clusit Community for Security, she is coauthor of a book dedicated to AI titled “Artificial Intelligence and Security: Opportunities, Risks and Recommendations”; she is also a member of the New Technologies Observatory of the Milan Bar Association, member of Open Trust Fabric, member of ASLA (Associazione Studi Legali Associati) and Aslawomen.
