As a registered lawyer serving at the Bar of Milan since the early 90s, Maria Roberta has been a partner of large renowned Italian law firms. She has been increasingly defining her personal vision of both the legal profession and relationship management based on the following criteria: in-depth specialist knowledge, complete reliability and constant support for the client, which has gained her a steadfast reputation in the eyes of her Clients.

In charge of personal data protection since 1995, she provides consultancy services to businesses in this area, including technical and organisational aspects. Maria Roberta also provides total support in the context of the related contractual and, in general, civil law aspects, and assists her clients in the resolution of disputes. 

Besides being a regular spokeswoman at seminars, she also delivers lectures for Master’s degrees and specialization courses for several educational institutions and associations on personal data protection, organises training workshops, and provides companies and other organizations with regular sector updates. Maria Roberta also publishes essays and articles concerning her reflections on the current challenges facing data protection and data governance.
