Since qualifying as a lawyer at the Bar of Milan, Cecilia has focused her professional activity on areas related to Intellectual and Industrial Property, unfair competition as well as advertising matters related to civil law, commercial law and company law where she prepares and drafts the relevant contractual documentation. She advises on the equity structure of crowdfunding projects and is fully accustomed to operating in intangible spheres where there are no predefined answers to problems, and solutions have to be created together with their instigators.

Speaker at conferences and author of articles on copyright and industrial law. Member of the AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
